Deze speler is gespecialiseerd in de verwerking en commercialisering van diepvriesgroenten voor klanten in retail, foodservice en industrie. Het gaat om een financieel gezonde, familiale groep die samen met haar zustervestigingen een omzet van meer dan €200 miljoen realiseert en op jaarbasis meer dan 350 medewerkers tewerkstelt. Voor hun productiesite in regio Roeselare zijn wij op zoek naar een Maintenance Manager.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als onderhoudscoördinator neem je de volledige technische verantwoordelijkheid op voor de productieafdeling, inclusief het machinepark, de gebouwen en de nutsvoorzieningen
  • In nauw overleg met de productiemanager en de ploegverantwoordelijken bepaal je de prioriteiten op vlak van techniek en onderhoud
  • Daarnaast verdeel je het werk rond installaties, herstellingen en onderhoud, en coördineer je zowel je eigen team als externe technici en leveranciers
  • Als technical manager zie je toe op de naleving van de technische en veiligheidsvoorschriften en geef je gerichte instructies aan de technici
  • Verder speur je actief mee naar defecten en spring je zelf bij waar nodig om de continuïteit van de installaties te garanderen
  • Je stuurt een team van acht gespecialiseerde technici en een werkvoorbereider aan en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Plant Manager
  • Bij drukte spring je ook bij voor je collega die instaat voor het technisch beheer van de verpakkingsafdeling.
  • Tot slot bouw je mee aan de administratie en opvolging van het onderhoud, en groei je door naar een rol in grotere investeringsprojecten
  • Je hebt een een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma Elektromechanica op zak of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Bovendien kan je enkele jaren (leidinggevende) ervaring in industrieel onderhoud voorleggen; ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pluspunt, ervaring in de voedingssector is een echte troef
  • Verder heb je affiniteit met uiteenlopende technische domeinen zoals stoom, stroom, koeling, perslucht, hydraulica, waterzuivering, PLC-sturing en zwaardere mechanische installaties
  • Tot slot communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands en heb je een goede kennis van het Frans, zowel geschreven als gesproken
