Voor een toonaangevende KMO in de voedingsindustrie, gelegen in regio Ieper, zijn we op zoek naar een Maintenance Manager. Dit familiebedrijf met een open en directe cultuur produceert een seizoensgebonden assortiment van kwaliteitsvolle diepvriesgroenten. Samenwerking met lokale landbouwers, doorgedreven technologische investeringen en duurzame processen vormen de kern van hun succes.

Nu gaan ze op zoek naar een Verantwoordelijke Onderhoud om hun productie op punt te houden.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Technical Manager ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud
  • Je plant en volgt het onderhoud van het volledige machinepark nauwkeurig op
  • Samen met je team voer je technische interventies uit en los je storingen efficiënt op
  • Daarnaast stuur je een team van vier techniekers en een automation engineer aan
  • Verder coördineer je bestellingen van wisselstukken en contact met externe firma’s
  • Tot slot werk je actief mee aan verbeterprojecten en de verdere automatisatie van het proces
  • Je behaalde minstens een Bachelordiploma in Elektromechanica of een vergelijkbare technische richting
  • Daarnaast heb je meerdere jaren ervaring in een leidinggevende technische functie
  • Goede kennis van elektromechanica en ervaring met onderhoud aan productielijnen zijn noodzakelijk, kennis van automatisatie is een grote troef
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een basiskennis Frans #engineering2
