Als Maintenance Officer Mechanical ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden, plannen en optimaliseren van werktuigbouwkundige onderhoudswerkzaamheden binnen een chemische productieomgeving. Je zorgt ervoor dat monteurs en externe contractors hun werkzaamheden veilig en efficiënt kunnen uitvoeren. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de dagelijkse onderhoudsplanning: je analyseert storingen, ontwikkelt onderhoudsstrategieën en draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren van de betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van de productie-installaties. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Voorbereiden en plannen van preventief, correctief en projectmatig onderhoud aan productie-installaties en utilities. - Opstellen van werkorders, werkbeschrijvingen en week-, jaar- en onderhoudsstopplanningen. - Bepalen van de benodigde materialen, werkmethoden, veiligheidsmaatregelen en inzet van monteurs en contractors. - Beheren en optimaliseren van het onderhoudsmanagementsysteem, bij voorkeur Ultimo. - Analyseren van storingen en onderhoudsgegevens om terugkerende problemen structureel op te lossen. - Ontwikkelen en verbeteren van onderhoudsstrategieën gericht op betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en beschikbaarheid van installaties. - Coördineren van onderhoudsstops en technische verbeterprojecten. - Afstemmen ...
