Voor een moderne productieomgeving zoeken wij een Junior Maintenance Operator. In deze functie krijg je de kans om intern opgeleid te worden tot een volwaardige technische kracht en werk je dagelijks met geavanceerde machines en installaties. Functieomschrijving Als Maintenance Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden, controleren en optimaliseren van machines en installaties binnen de productieomgeving. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel blijft draaien en signaleert tijdig afwijkingen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan spuitgietmachines en productiemiddelen - Lopen van dagelijkse inspectierondes en signaleren van afwijkingen - Verrichten van kleine technische werkzaamheden en ondersteunen bij reparaties - Controleren en bijvullen van olie- en smeerniveaus - Vervangen en reinigen van filters - Werken met hydraulische en pneumatische systemen - Zorgdragen voor een veilige, nette en efficiënte werkomgeving. Functie eisen Wij zoeken een gemotiveerde en leergierige kandidaat met affiniteit voor techniek. Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent niet bang om je handen vies te maken. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Minimaal VMBO werk- en denkniveau - Een opleiding richting techniek (of vergelijkbaar) - Basiskennis van onderhoudstechniek - Ervaring met of kennis van hydrauliek en pneumatiek - Inzicht in natuurkundige principes zoals druk, flow, weerstand en vacuüm - Begrip van mechanische krachten en systemen - Kennis van wat kleppen doen en hoe deze werken - Bekendheid met algemene veiligheidsregels op de werkvloer - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (Engels is een pré, Duits is mooi meegen...
