Ben jij sterk in plannen, technisch aangelegd en krijg je energie van het coördineren van verschillende werkzaamheden? Voor een stabiele en technisch uitdagende productieomgeving zijn we op zoek naar een Maintenance Planner. In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat onderhoudswerkzaamheden en geplande onderhoudsstops tot in de puntjes voorbereid zijn.

Jobomschrijving

Als Maintenance Planner/werkvoorbereider onderhoud ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en opvolging van geplande onderhoudswerkzaamheden en shutdowns.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Meewerken aan de optimalisatie van het onderhoudsbeheersysteem
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van onderhoudstaken samen met de engineers
  • Opvolgen van bestelbonnen, onderdelen en technische werkzaamheden
  • Plannen en coördineren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden en geplande shutdowns
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van shutdownmeetings en onderhoudsstops
  • Coördineren van techniekers, externe partners, materialen en benodigde middelen
  • Opstellen van voor- en nacalculaties van onderhoudswerkzaamheden
  • Opvolgen van smeerwerkzaamheden, olie- en trillingsanalyses
  • Actief bijdragen aan verbeteringen rond veiligheid en technische betrouwbaarheid.

Je bent dus niet enkel bezig met de planning. Je zorgt ervoor dat technische onderhoudswerkzaamheden goed voorbereid, efficiënt uitgevoerd en correct opgevolgd worden.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die technisch inzicht combineert met sterke organisatorische vaardigheden. Je houdt het hoofd koel wanneer verschillende werkzaamheden tegelijkertijd gepland en opgevolgd moeten worden.

  • Beschik je over een diploma elektromechanica of gelijkwaardige technische ervaring
  • Heb je ervaring binnen onderhoudsplanning, werkvoorbereiding of technische coördinatie
  • Werk je nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en georganiseerd
  • Denk je oplossingsgericht en neem je graag initiatief
  • Kan je prioriteiten stellen en durf je mensen aan te spreken wanneer nodig
  • Draag je veiligheid hoog in het vaandel
  • Ben je bereid om mee te draaien in een weekendwachtdienst.
