JOUW ROL Voor onze vestiging in Tilburg, waar wij de logistieke operatie verzorgen voor De Bijenkorf, zoeken wij een Maintenance Planner. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, voorbereiden en begeleiden van preventieve en correctieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan onder andere conveyors, verpakkingslijnen en sorters. Daarmee lever je een directe bijdrage aan de continuïteit van de operatie en de beschikbaarheid van de installaties. Als Maintenance Planner ben jij de schakel tussen monteurs, interne stakeholders en de dagelijkse operatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat de onderhoudswerkzaamheden van de 6 monteurs goed is voorbereid, efficiënt ingepland en zorgvuldig opgevolgd wordt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het plannen en prioriteren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden en het verwerken van jobs en werkorders in het CMMS (Ultimo); - Het dagelijks afstemmen met de monteurs, waaronder twee keer per dag overleg om taken te verdelen en de voortgang te bewaken; - Het beoordelen van binnenkomende aanvragen, het inschatten van de noodzaak en het bepalen van de juiste vervolgstappen; - Het beheren van de mailbox met aanvragen en het tijdig terugkoppelen naar aanvragers en interne stakeholders; - Het bijhouden van voorraadstanden, bestellen van onderdelen via onze inkoopsystemen en het controleren van binnengekomen materialen; - Het coördineren en vaktechnisch begeleiden van werkzaamheden en waar nodig het bijsturen op uitvoering, voortgang en prioriteiten; - Het registreren van bevindingen, leverdata en p...
