The posting

Voor een innovatieve productieomgeving in de regio Willebroek zijn wij op zoek naar een Maintenance Planner. Ben jij technisch sterk onderlegd en krijg je energie van plannen, organiseren en coördineren? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Als Maintenance Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het overzicht, de structuur en de prioriteiten binnen de onderhoudsafdeling. Je werkt nauw samen met de werkvoorbereider en een team van techniekers om onderhoudswerken efficiënt te plannen en op te volgen.

Jouw taken

  • Opstellen en beheren van de dagelijkse, wekelijkse en jaarlijkse onderhoudsplanning.
  • Coördineren van preventieve onderhoudswerken, correctieve interventies en technische projecten.
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt tussen maintenance, productie en externe partners.
  • Bewaken van de beschikbare capaciteit van techniekers en externe contractors.
  • Prioriteiten bepalen in overleg met productie, techniekers en andere stakeholders.
  • Controlerondes uitvoeren op de werkvloer om de voortgang van werkzaamheden op te volgen.
  • Administratieve opvolging van onderhoudsactiviteiten en planning binnen het onderhoudsbeheersysteem.
  • Opvolgen van KPI's en meewerken aan optimalisatie van onderhoudsprocessen.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte afstemming tussen planning en uitvoering zodat stilstanden tot een minimum beperkt blijven. Belangrijk om te weten
  • Deze functie is voornamelijk administratief en coördinerend van aard.
  • Je voert zelf geen operationele onderhoudswerken uit.
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer voor controles en opvolging.
  • Je maakt deel uit van het maintenance team, samen met een werkvoorbereider en een ploeg techniekers.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Mechanisch en/of elektrisch sterk onderlegd.
  • Ervaring binnen een technische of industriële omgeving.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een gestructureerde aanpak.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer prioriteiten wijzigen.
  • Kennis van onderhoudsplanning of een CMMS-systeem is een plus.
  • Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.
