Als Maintenance & Reliability Engineer speel je een cruciale rol. Samen met een hecht en dynamisch team van techniekers en projectmedewerkers bouw je mee aan de verdere professionalisering van her technisch onderhoud. Jij bent het inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt voor nieuwe én bestaande installaties, je stroomlijnt onderhoudsplannen en borgt de betrouwbaarheid van het volledige proces.

In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je strategisch denkwerk met praktische troubleshooting, veiligheid, kwaliteit en projectbegeleiding.

  • Je stelt de overkoepelende onderhoudsstrategie op, volgt deze nauwgezet op en je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en up-to-date houden van onderhoudsplannen en documentatie voor nieuwe installaties.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor een deel van de site, adviseert over noodzakelijke investeringen en organiseert complexere onderhoudswerken en projecten.
  • Bij technische uitdagingen treed jij op als expert. Je bent initiator en uitvoerder van storingsonderzoeken (Root Cause Failure Analysis) en formuleert concrete verbeteringsvoorstellen.
  • Je bent de technische contactpersoon bij projecten op het vlak van kwaliteit, veiligheid en productie. Je ondersteunt projecten vanuit Project Engineering én leidt je eigen onderhoudsprojecten.
  • Je traint en begeleidt onderhoudstechniekers en externe partijen bij nieuwe onderhoudsplannen. Daarnaast voer je veiligheids- en kwaliteitsaudits uit en begeleid je externe auditoren (zoals ISO en VDMA).
  • Master of Bachelor in een technische richting (bij voorkeur Elektromechanica) en idealiter 5 jaar ervaring binnen een technische onderhoudsomgeving, bij voorkeur in de chemische of farmaceutische sector.
  • Je beschikt over aantoonbare kennis van procestechnieken, HVAC, utilities en meet- en regeltechnieken.
  • Je draagt kwaliteit en veiligheid hoog in het vaandel.
  • Je hebt ervaring met SAP en MS Office.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands en het Engels.
  • Je combineert sterke analytische vaardigheden met een proactieve, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsbewuste werkhouding.
