  • In deze rol neem jij het voortouw bij het slimmer en betrouwbaarder maken van het volledige machinepark.
  • Je analyseert proces- en onderhoudsdata om de grootste efficiëntieverliezen op te sporen en om te zetten in concrete actieplannen.
  • Samen met multidisciplinaire teams rol je onderhoudsstrategieën uit op basis van methodieken zoals RCM, RCA en FMEA voor een maximale uptime.
  • Vanaf de start denk je mee over nieuwe investeringsprojecten, waarbij je focust op standaardisatie en lange termijn betrouwbaarheid.
  • Bij hardnekkige of terugkerende storingen duik je diep in de technische analyses om tot een duurzame first time right oplossing te komen.
  • Als interne sparringpartner adviseer je collega’s bij complexe vraagstukken en bewaak je steeds de richtlijnen rond veiligheid en kwaliteit.

Profiel

  • Om het team te versterken zoeken we een Maintenance & Reliability Engineer die graag met data en techniek aan de slag gaat.
  • Een Master in de industriële wetenschappen (bij voorkeur elektromechanica) of een gelijkwaardig denkniveau dankzij relevante ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving waarin je vertrouwd raakte met analysetechnieken als RCM, FMEA of RCA.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het talent om complexe datasets om te zetten in heldere, praktische verbetertrajecten.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een initiatiefnemer die kritische vragen durft te stellen en vlot communiceert met stakeholders op elk niveau.
