Voor onze klant regio Sint-Niklaas zijn wij op zoek naar een Reliability Engineer.

Jobomschrijving

Als Reliability Engineer / Maintenance Engineer ben jij de spil in het optimaliseren van onderhoud:

  • Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert onderhoudsplannen en maintenance strategieën voor machines en installaties
  • Je beheert en verbetert de Master Maintenance Documentatie
  • Je bepaalt onderhoudscriteria op basis van FMEA, data-analyse, leveranciersinfo en feedback uit de field service
  • Je stelt onderhoudskits en spare parts pakketten samen volgens verschillende machineconfiguraties
  • Je werkt samen met interne teams (engineering, service, logistiek) en klanten om processen te verbeteren
  • Je geeft trainingen rond preventief onderhoud, machine-efficiëntie en onderhoudsstrategieën
  • Je levert input voor servicecontracten en offertes (onderdelen, werkuren, scope)
  • Je analyseert storingen en prestaties om de betrouwbaarheid van machines te verhogen

Je bent analytisch, technisch onderlegd en denkt oplossingsgericht:

  • Je hebt een technische of ingenieursopleiding (mechanica, elektromechanica, mechatronica,…)
  • Je hebt ervaring in maintenance engineering, service engineering of reliability engineering
  • Je bent vertrouwd met preventief onderhoud, spare parts structuren en service documentatie
  • Kennis van FMEA, reliability analyse of data-driven maintenance is een sterke troef
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en data-analyse tools
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en durft beslissingen nemen op basis van beperkte data
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent bereid sporadisch het veld in te gaan
