Voor een innovatieve speler binnen de circulaire procesindustrie in regio Kempen zoeken we een Maintenance & Reliability Engineer. Je komt terecht op een sterk geautomatiseerde productiesite waar continu wordt geïnvesteerd in nieuwe technologie, energie-efficiëntie en de verdere modernisering van het machinepark.

In deze functie vorm je de technische schakel tussen Maintenance, Engineering en Productie. Je zorgt ervoor dat het onderhoud technisch goed onderbouwd is, maar kijkt vooral naar de langere termijn. Welke storingen keren terug? Welke installaties vragen extra aandacht? En waar kunnen we technisch verbeteren om stilstanden te voorkomen?

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert de preventieve onderhoudsplannen voor machines en procesinstallaties.
  • Je analyseert terugkerende storingen en stilstanden en zoekt via root cause analyses naar structurele oplossingen.
  • Je brengt kritische installaties en componenten in kaart en bepaalt waar bijkomende onderhouds- of verbeteracties nodig zijn.
  • Je volgt onderhoudsdata en KPI's zoals MTBF, MTTR, beschikbaarheid en onderhoudskosten op.
  • Je zet jouw analyses om in concrete reliability- en verbeterprojecten.
  • Je ondersteunt de technische dienst bij complexere mechanische en elektromechanische problemen.
  • Je denkt mee over technische modificaties en optimalisaties aan bestaande machines en installaties.
  • Bij nieuwe investeringsprojecten werk je nauw samen met Engineering en waak je mee over onderhoudbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat het onderhoudsmanagementsysteem correct wordt gebruikt en dat technische data betrouwbaar en bruikbaar blijft.
  • Je coördineert grotere onderhoudswerken, revisies en externe technische partners.
  • Samen met het technische team bouw je verder aan een onderhoudsstrategie die evolueert van reactief naar preventief en voorspellend onderhoud.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master Elektromechanica, Mechanica, Industriële Wetenschappen of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen maintenance, reliability of engineering in een industriële omgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke technische basis binnen mechanica en elektromechanica.
  • Kennis van hydraulica, pneumatiek, aandrijvingen of industriële procesinstallaties is een pluspunt.
  • Je analyseert graag technische problemen en zoekt liever naar de oorzaak dan naar een tijdelijke oplossing.
  • Ervaring met CMMS, RCA, FMEA, predictive maintenance of maintenance KPI's is mooi meegenomen.
