Los jij graag technische storingen op? Heb je een passie voor precisie en probleemoplossing? En wil je mee instaan voor de opbouw van gloednieuwe afdeling van hoogtechnologische machines? Dan zoeken wij jou!

Voor de uitbouw en opstart van een nieuwe productieafdeling, zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor:

  • Als storingstechnieker zorg je ervoor dat de machines in jouw productiearea zoveel mogelijk in optimale running condities kunnen produceren.
  • Je verdiept je in technische specificaties en bezoekt de klant om essentiële kennis op te doen en te vertalen naar duidelijke documentatie en werkinstructies.
  • Diagnose en herstelling, van mechanische, elektrische, pneumatische en softwarematige storingen aan medische assemblagemachines.
  • Preventief maak je een analyse van de werking van de machine en stuurt deze bij waar nodig om pannes te voorkomen.
  • Ondersteuning bij het kalibreren en fijn afstellen van machines met hoge precisie, in lijn met validatie- en kwaliteitsvereisten
  • Oplossen van problemen met industriële netwerken en communicatie tussen componenten
  • Uitvoeren van correctief en preventief onderhoud met focus op maximale uptime en minimale impact op de productie.
  • Samenwerken process engineer, QA, engineering en productie bij technische verbeteringen, root cause analysis (RCA) en modificaties.
  • Correcte documentatie van storingen, interventies en aanpassingen volgens de kwaliteitsprocedures
  • Ondersteuning van collega’s - technische operatoren bij kleinere technische problemen
  • Je beschikt over een diploma A2 of een Bachelor in Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit, Automatisatie of een gelijkwaardige richting.
  • Je hebt een analytisch vermogen en bent in staat om technische diagnoses te stellen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht, met oog voor detail en efficiëntie.
  • Je draagt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en neemt initiatief waar nodig.
  • Je beschikt over kennis van industriële processen en technische complexiteit.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die vlot samenwerkt met collega’s uit verschillende disciplines.
  • Je bent vlot in het Nederlands
