Ben jij technisch sterk, hou je ervan om structuur te brengen in een technische dienst en help je graag een team vooruit? Dan is deze functie als Maintenance Supervisor misschien iets voor jou!

Als Maintenance Supervisor ben je de schakel tussen de techniekers en de technische manager. Je zorgt voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking van de technische dienst, bewaakt de planning en denkt actief mee over technische verbeteringen.

Je combineert een coachende rol met een sterke voeling met de praktijk. Je ondersteunt je team, deelt je technische kennis en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is. Daarnaast analyseer je technische uitdagingen en werk je samen met het team aan gerichte oplossingen.

Je komt terecht in een familiale KMO waar samenwerking, vertrouwen en technische expertise centraal staan. Je krijgt de kans om structuur te brengen, procedures te verbeteren en mee te bouwen aan de verdere optimalisatie van de technische dienst.

Jouw taken:

  • Je vormt de schakel tussen de techniekers en de technische manager.
  • Je brengt structuur aan binnen de technische dienst.
  • Je stelt werkorders op en volgt deze nauwkeurig op.
  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse opvolging van de planning.
  • Je implementeert procedures en denkt mee over technische optimalisaties.
  • Je analyseert technische problemen en zoekt samen met het team naar oplossingen.
  • Je signaleert terugkerende problemen en bespreekt deze tijdens overlegmomenten.
  • Je coacht en ondersteunt de techniekers en deelt je technische expertise.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in elektromechanica.
  • Je combineert leidinggevende vaardigheden met een sterke voeling met de technische praktijk en deelt graag je kennis met het team.
  • Je bent toegankelijk en rustig, communiceert helder en betrokken en durft in te grijpen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
  • Je werkt efficiënt en resultaatgericht, neemt initiatief en denkt actief mee over technische verbeteringen
