Jobomschrijving

Als technisch coördinator vormt de functie een belangrijke schakel binnen de technische dienst. De focus ligt op een goede organisatie, duidelijke opvolging en efficiënte samenwerking tussen de techniekers en de technische manager.

  • Vorm de verbindende schakel tussen de techniekers en de technische manager en zorg voor een vlotte communicatie.
  • Breng structuur in de technische dienst en bewaak een efficiënte dagelijkse werking.
  • Stel werkorders op, volg ze nauwgezet op en zorg dat acties tijdig worden uitgevoerd.
  • Bewaak de dagelijkse planning en stuur bij wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
  • Implementeer duidelijke procedures en zorg ervoor dat deze correct worden toegepast.
  • Analyseer technische uitdagingen, zoek naar oplossingen en vertaal deze naar concrete acties.
  • Detecteer terugkerende problemen en bespreek verbeterpunten met de technische manager.
  • Denk actief mee over technische optimalisaties en initiatieven die de werking efficiënter en betrouwbaarder maken.
  • Ondersteun en coach de techniekers en stimuleer het delen van technische kennis.
  • Zorg met jouw aanpak voor een team waarin vertrouwen, samenwerking en technische expertise centraal staan.

  • Een masterdiploma in elektromechanica of een vergelijkbare technische richting vormt jouw stevige basis.
  • Sterke technische kennis gecombineerd met het vermogen om een team op een positieve manier aan te sturen.
