Voor een internationale voedingsproducent met sterke merken en een duidelijke focus op kwaliteit en innovatie, zoeken we een Maintenance Supervisor voor de productiesite. In deze rol speel je een sleutelpositie binnen het technisch team en draag je rechtstreeks bij aan een vlot en betrouwbaar productieproces. Je combineert technische expertise met leiderschap en zorgt ervoor dat installaties optimaal blijven presteren binnen een dynamische en groeiende omgeving waar samenwerking centraal staat.

Jouw taken

  • Aansturen en coachen van een team techniekers in een productieomgeving
  • Plannen, opvolgen en prioriteren van onderhouds- en herstellingswerkzaamheden
  • Ondersteunen bij het analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen (elektrisch en mechanisch)
  • Opvolgen van werkorders en bewaken van een efficiënte uitvoering
  • Meewerken aan investeringsprojecten en nieuwe installaties
  • Instaan voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen technische en operationele afdelingen
  • Opvolgen van wisselstukkenbeheer en technische procedures
  • Onthaal en begeleiding van nieuwe medewerkers
  • Rapporteren aan de onderhoudsverantwoordelijke en deze vervangen bij afwezigheid
  • Bachelor of Master in een technische richting (elektromechanica, elektriciteit of mechanica)
  • Sterke technische kennis en ervaring binnen een productieomgeving
  • Ervaring in het aansturen van een team is een troef
  • Analytisch sterk en oplossingsgericht ingesteld
  • Stressbestendig en in staat om prioriteiten te bewaken
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgerichte mindset
  • Vlot in het Nederlands en bereid om in een flexibel werkregime te functioneren
