Jobomschrijving

Als Maintenance Supervisor maak je deel uit van een divers team van ingenieurs en supervisors binnen een high-volume productieomgeving. Je rapporteert aan de Production Manager en werkt nauw samen met de Deputy Production Director.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Aansturen en coördineren van de dagelijkse activiteiten van onderhoudstechniekers
  • Plannen en organiseren van preventief en curatief onderhoud
  • Inspecteren van installaties, machines en systemen
  • Bijhouden van onderhouds- en interventierapporten
  • Oplossen van mechanische, elektrische en technische storingen
  • Beheren van onderhoudsbudgetten, wisselstukken en gereedschappen
  • Coördineren met externe aannemers en servicepartners
  • Coachen, opleiden en evalueren van onderhoudspersoneel
  • Snel reageren op noodsituaties en productieonderbrekingen, dit houdt ook wachtdienst in
  • Voorstellen doen ter verbetering van efficiëntie, betrouwbaarheid en kostenoptimalisatie
  • Ondersteunen van continue verbetering conform Kwaliteits-, Milieu- en Veiligheidsmanagementsystemen

Naar wat voor een Maintenance Supervisor zijn wij opzoek?

Opleiding & ervaring:

  • Bachelor in Elektromechanica (hogere opleiding is een plus, ervaring kan dit compenseren)
  • 2 tot 5+ jaar relevante werkervaring in leiding van onderhoud of technische afdeling
  • Ervaring in een hoogtechnologische productieomgeving (elektronica, elektromechanica, industrie, luchtvaart, automotive…)
  • Ervaring met Lean Six Sigma-methodieken (5 Why’s, 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke)

Technische kennis:

  • Sterke people management skills
  • Ervaring met technische evaluatie van machines
  • Kennis van TPM
  • Ervaring met probleemoplossing in productieomgevingen
  • Goede kennis van MS Office
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen (SAP is een plus)

Persoonlijke competenties:

  • Teamgericht en communicatief sterk
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel in een snel veranderende omgeving
  • Bereid om in wachtdienst te werken
  • Proactieve ingesteldheid en voorbeeldrol
  • Creatieve probleemoplosser
  • Projectmanagementvaardigheden
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken met minimale supervisie
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een plus)
  • Klantgerichte mindset
