Maintenance Supervisor Zie jij jezelf rondlopen op de plant van Bol.com waarbij jij de verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor het gehele onderhoudsproces, van planning tot oplevering. Hierbij staat aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en duurzaamheid centraal. Een sleutelpositie gericht op het integraal managen en synchroniseren van alle onderhoudsactiviteiten. Je werkt daarbij volgens de Maintenance Management werkprocessen van de locatie van Bol.com, draagt actief bij aan het opstellen én realiseren van de onderhoudsdoelstellingen waarbij je intensief samenwerkt en schakelt op inhoudelijk niveau met de Maintenance Manager In deze nieuwe functie stuur jij 5 zelfstandig werkende teamleads aan en deel je je kennis met hen en hun service engineers. Je maakt, bewaakt en toetst de onderhoudsplanning aan de werkelijkheid. Daarnaast neem jij de teamleads dagelijks mee in de prioriteiten en stuur je bij waar nodig. Je houdt overzicht, zorgt voor onderlinge afstemming, monitort de voortgang en realisatie van de geplande werkzaamheden.
