Then we are looking for you. As Lead Maintenance Operations, you ensure that all maintenance work proceeds efficiently, safely, and according to schedule, regardless of the dynamics of the day. You ensure good collaboration between the teams and guide the team leaders. Job description In this new role, you will manage 5 independent team leads (working in shifts) and share your knowledge with both the team leads and the mechanics. You create, monitor, and adjust the maintenance schedule. Additionally, you brief the team leads daily on priorities and make adjustments where necessary. You maintain an overview, ensure coordination between the teams, and monitor that work is actually carried out. In addition, together with the team, you continuously look for improvements in the execution of preventive maintenance, both technically and organizationally. Naturally, you always prioritize safety in everything you do.
