Een toonaangevend en stabiel Belgisch familiebedrijf is een gevestigde waarde binnen de productie van hoogwaardige voedingsproducten op basis van grondstoffen van eigen bodem. Om de continue werking van de hoogtechnologische productielijnen, gebouwen en nutsvoorzieningen te waarborgen, zoekt de organisatie een enthousiaste Maintenance Supervisor. In deze rol stuur je direct een team van ervaren technici aan binnen een stimulerend tweeploegenstelsel en rapporteer je aan de onderhoudsverantwoordelijke.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je draagt de dagelijkse leiding over de supervisie, uitvoering en coördinatie van het preventief en predictief onderhoud aan de productiemachines.
  • Je coördineert en superviseert onderhoudswerken aan de bestaande installaties, de bedrijfsterreinen, gebouwen en de nutsvoorzieningen.
  • Je stuurt en coacht een hecht team van 5 ervaren technici op de werkvloer om een kwalitatieve en efficiënte werking te borgen.
  • Je ziet er nauwgezet op toe dat alle voorschriften inzake veiligheid, hygiëne en orde binnen jouw ploeg strikt worden nageleefd.
  • Je signaleert proactief besparingsmogelijkheden en initieert verbetervoorstellen ten behoeve van een doeltreffende kostenbeheersing.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in een technische richting, of bent gelijkwaardig gekwalificeerd door een eerste ervaring.
  • Je combineert technische expertise met sterke leidinggevende capaciteiten en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd, leergierig en neemt graag het initiatief om samen met een polyvalent team resultaten te boeken.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een vast tweeploegenstelsel (afwisselend 06u00 - 14u00 en 14u00 - 22u00, zonder nachtwerk).
