Voor een sterk groeiende Belgische producent in de regio Herentals, met ongeveer 200 medewerkers en een jaarlijkse omzet van om en bij de €50 miljoen, zoeken we een Maintenance Supervisor. De onderneming maakt deel uit van een gevestigde voedingsgroep en staat bekend om haar sterke focus op kwaliteit, innovatie en export, met leveringen naar meer dan 20 landen. Je neemt de dagelijkse leiding over de technische dienst en zorgt samen met jouw team voor een betrouwbaar en efficiënt draaiend machinepark.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je stuurt en coacht de techniekers en zorgt voor een efficiënte werkverdeling.
  • Je plant en coördineert preventieve en correctieve onderhoudswerken.
  • Je bepaalt technische prioriteiten en stemt deze af met Productie en Engineering.
  • Je ondersteunt bij complexe storingen en zoekt naar structurele oplossingen voor terugkerende problemen.
  • Je bewaakt en optimaliseert de onderhoudsplannen en het gebruik van ControlOffice.
  • Je coördineert externe contractors tijdens onderhoudswerken, stilstanden en technische projecten.
  • Je volgt technische KPI's, werkorders en onderhoudsprestaties op.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan verbeteringen en investeringen die de betrouwbaarheid van het machinepark verhogen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een technische Bachelor, bij voorkeur Elektromechanica, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen maintenance in een productieomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een brede technische kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit, hydraulica en pneumatiek.
