Als Maintenance Supervisor maak je deel uit van een dynamisch engineeringteam en rapporteer je aan de Production Manager. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de productie optimaal blijft draaien.

Hieronder een greep uit je takenpakket:

  • Aansturen en coördineren van de onderhoudstechnieker (je hebt 1 technieker onder je werken)
  • Plannen en organiseren van preventief en curatief onderhoud
  • Inspecteren van installaties en apparatuur
  • Oplossen van technische storingen (mechanisch, elektrisch, …)
  • Opvolgen van onderhoudsactiviteiten en rapportering
  • Beheer van budgetten, onderdelen en tools
  • Samenwerken met externe leveranciers en contractors
  • Snel reageren op storingen en productieproblemen
  • Continu verbeteren van processen (Lean, kwaliteit, veiligheid, milieu)

Wie is de Maintenance Supervisor die wij zoeken?

  • Je hebt reeds minimum 3 jaar ervaring in een technische functie of maintenance omgeving en bent klaar voor die stap hoger.
  • Technisch diploma elektromechanica.
  • Ervaring in een industriële productieomgeving (elektronica, automotive, ...)
  • Leidinggevende ervaring is een plus maar geen must.
  • Je hebt sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Je kan goed prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je kan vlot Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent flexibel om van wacht te zijn.
