Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en opvolgen van onderhoudswerken op verschillende sites.

Je bereidt projecten technisch en administratief voor. Je denkt mee over de juiste aanpak, materialen en planning.

Je zet een preventief onderhoudsplan op en zorgt dat dit ook effectief uitgevoerd wordt.

Je stuurt onderhoudstechniekers aan op de werven en ondersteunt hen waar nodig. Je zorgt dat iedereen weet wat te doen en dat het werk correct verloopt.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en neemt deel aan overlegmomenten. Je bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie.

Daarnaast organiseer je interventies bij storingen en bereid je de facturatie voor.

Veiligheid is geen bijzaak. Je geeft zelf het goede voorbeeld en zorgt dat iedereen in veilige omstandigheden werkt.

Je hebt ervaring en weet hoe je een team aanstuurt.

  • Technische achtergrond (elektriciteit, mechanica of elektromechanica)
  • Ervaring in onderhoud en/of projectopvolging
  • Leiderschap en organisatorisch inzicht
  • Je kan plannen, prioriteiten stellen en beslissingen nemen
  • Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en veilig

Je hoeft geen manager in kostuum te zijn, wel iemand die weet wat er op de werkvloer gebeurt.
