Voor Mercure Antwerp City South, zoekt Adecco een gedreven Maintenance Supervisor.

In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je het uitvoeren van technische onderhouds- en herstellingswerken met de coördinatie van de dagelijkse werking van de technische dienst. Jij zorgt er met jouw expertise voor dat het hotel altijd in absolute topstaat verkeert.

Wat ga je doen?

• Je voert dagelijks en preventief onderhoud uit aan kamers, publieke ruimtes en technische installaties.

• Je lost technische storingen snel en efficiënt op (elektriciteit, sanitair, HVAC, schrijnwerk).

• Je stelt de dagelijkse werkplanning op en volgt deze nauwgezet op.

• Je plaatst en beheert bestellingen voor technische materialen en onderdelen.

• Je stuurt externe leveranciers, vakmensen en onderaannemers aan.

• Je ziet toe op de naleving van wettelijke keuringen en volgt preventieve onderhoudscontracten op.

• Je verwerkt interventies en technische dossiers administratief correct.

• Je bewaakt de veiligheid, orde en netheid binnen de technische dienst en ondersteunt andere afdelingen waar nodig.

Wie zoeken we?

• Je hebt een technische opleiding afgerond of beschikt over relevante werkervaring.

• Je hebt een brede technische kennis van elektriciteit, sanitair en HVAC.

• Je combineert een hands-on aanpak met organisatorisch talent en inzicht.

• Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht.

• Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands (kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een pluspunt).

• Ervaring binnen de hotelsector is een hele sterke troef.
