OCI Nitrogen is 's werelds grootste producent van melamine en een van de marktleiders op het gebied van stikstofmeststoffen in Europa. Wanneer je je bij het OCI-team voegt, krijg je elke dag de kans om een verschil te maken terwijl je jouw carrière vooruit helpt.

Dankzij onze kunstmest krijgen mensen elke dag eten op tafel. Onlangs hebben we ook AdBlue aan ons productportfolio kunnen toevoegen. AdBlue is een oplossing die in dieselmotoren wordt gebruikt om de schadelijke uitstoot van stikstofoxiden (NOx) te verminderen. Je komt in het dagelijks leven elke dag in contact met onze producten zonder het te weten!

Dat we duurzaamheid een belangrijk thema vinden, zie je ook terug in onze uitstoot. We investeren voortdurend in de best beschikbare technologieën om onze uitstoot waar mogelijk te minimaliseren. Deze investeringen maken onze uitstoot tot een van de laagste van onze wereldwijde concurrenten.

Binnen OCI Nitrogen zijn wij op zoek naar een Werkvoorbereider/Maintenance Supervisor (E/I).

Wat ga je doen als Werkvoorbereider/Maintenance Supervisor (E/I)?

Als Werkvoorbereider/Maintenance Supervisor ben jij de spil in het voorbereiden van onderhoudswerkzaamheden binnen onze chemische installaties. Je zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning uitgevoerd kunnen worden. Je werkt nauw samen met supervisors, engineers en externe partijen om de uitvoering vlekkeloos te laten verlopen.

Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Opstellen en uitwerken van werkpakketten voor mechanisch en E/I onderhoud.
  • Definiëren van scope, technische inhoud en randvoorwaarden van uit te voeren werkzaamheden.
  • Inplannen van resources, materialen en gereedschappen.
  • Beoordelen van werkvoorstellen en offertes op veiligheid, kwaliteit en haalbaarheid.
  • Bijdragen aan continue verbetering van werkprocessen en onderhoudsstrategieën.
  • Je beoordeelt vakmanschap en de inzetbaarheid van onderhoudsmedewerkers.
  • Tijdens de uitvoering de voortgang en naleving van afspraken bewaakt.

Je herkent jezelf hierin:

  • Je hebt een afgeronde MBO niveau 4 opleiding in Werktuigbouwkunde of Electro en Instrumentatie.
  • Je beschikt over 3 – 5 jaar ervaring in een chemische plant.
  • Kennis van veiligheidsvoorschriften en onderhoudsprocessen.
  • Analytisch, resultaatgericht, communicatief en teamgericht.
  • Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor het werk dat je doet en durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
  • Veiligheid staat bij jou hoog in het vaandel.
  • Je kunt goed omgaan met dynamische situaties en bent hierin flexibel.
