Voor onze klant in de regio Kortrijk zoeken we momenteel een Maintenance Teamlead. Dit unieke bedrijf in de voedingssector produceert overheerlijke zaken, met een sterke nadruk op healthy voeding. Als Europese marktleider maakt het deel uit van een internationale groep en telt het drie vestigingen in België, alsook enkele buitenlandse plants (onder andere in Frankrijk en Engeland). Met een omzet van maar liefst 750 miljoen euro en een team van ongeveer 1000 medewerkers levert deze organisatie indrukwekkende prestaties. Wereldwijd genieten consumenten van de uiterst lekkere producten.

Om het team verder te versterken, is het bedrijf op zoek naar een Maintenance Teamlead.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de productielijn waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent optimaal blijft draaien
  • Zo efficiënt mogelijk organiseren van de onderhoudswerkzaamheden, waarbij je rekening houdt met zowel de tijd van de werken als de kosten die erbij gepaard gaan
  • Je geeft leiding aan techniekers en operatoren
  • Jouw doel is om de downtime, stilstanden en storingen aan je lijn te minimaliseren. Dit bereik je door regelmatig managementoverleg te voeren met je collega’s
  • Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en uitvoeren van zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud
  • Nauwe samenwerking met je 2 collega ingenieurs om de output van de productielijn te optimaliseren
  • Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma in een technische richting (Elektromechanica, Automatisering, Electrical Engineering,…)
  • Schitterende opportuniteit voor pas afgestudeerden, geen specifieke werkervaring vereist
  • Je bent bereid om 1x/maand deel uit te maken van het permanentiesysteem
