Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit als maintenance technician en houdt storingen scherp in de gaten. Storingen analyseer je snel en los je veilig op, zodat stilstand tot een minimum beperkt blijft. Daarnaast werk je volgens vaste veiligheidsprocedures en denk je mee over technische verbeteringen die de betrouwbaarheid verhogen. Wat ga je doen? Voor onze opdrachtgever in Maastricht zorg je ervoor dat productie-installaties en machines goed blijven draaien. Je voert preventief onderhoud uit om storingen te voorkomen en plant onderhoudswerkzaamheden in volgens vaste schema's. Daarnaast los je correctief storingen op en analyseer je snel waar het probleem zit, zodat de productie zo min mogelijk stilvalt. Je inspecteert installaties, vervangt versleten onderdelen en werkt met technische tekeningen en handleidingen. Ook registreer je onderhoud en storingen in het onderhoudssysteem en werk je volgens strikte veiligheids- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen. Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in het productieproces en doet voorstellen om de betrouwbaarheid van machines te verhogen.
