Zwolle / Overijssel / Nederland / Maintenance / Fulltime Get technical support Maintenance Technician DIT GA JE DOEN In 2020 zijn we gestart met de opbouw van onze hightech productielocatie en zijn nog steeds groeiende. We zijn trots op onze locatie. We zien dat bezoekers vaak onder de indruk zijn van ons moderne machinepark. In een klein team van zorg je voor een goed verloop van het machine park om zo kunststof flessen te produceren van de hoogste kwaliteit. Je kerntaken zijn: Wat ga je doen? Samen met in totaal tien collega's ga je het technische team vormgeven. Na een intensieve inwerkperiode krijg je, samen met je team, de verantwoordelijkheid voor onderhouds-, storings- en ombouwwerkzaamheden aan onze flessenblaasmachines. Onderstaand een greep uit je takenpakket: - Verhelpen van diverse storingen aan ons ultramoderne machinepark en het AGV intern transportsysteem (o.a. PLC-techniek); - Het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan het machinepark en alle utilities; - Het waarborgen van een optimale conditie van de machines en installatie; - Het uitvoeren van opdrachten waaronder in het bedrijf stellen van nieuwe gereviseerde installaties en machines; - Het beantwoorden van technische vragen van collega's. DIT BEN JIJ Jouw functie is niet in beton gegoten, dus wij verwachten als technisch medewerker dat jij een echte pionier bent. Om dit te kunnen vervullen, vragen we het volgende van jou: - Je hebt minimaal twee jaar ervaring als onderhoudsmonteur en/of storingstechnicus; - Je hebt minimaal MBO niveau 3 bij voorkeur richting electro/mechatronica; - Je doorziet zelfstandig de technische uitdagingen; - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegendienst met consignatiediensten; - Je vindt het een uitdaging om problemen te analyseren en om dit op te lossen.
