Salary € 3460-4740 Location Hedel Employment type Full-time What will you do? Als Medewerker Technische Dienst ben jij een onmisbare schakel binnen het productieproces. Je bent veel aanwezig op de werkvloer en houdt de prestaties van de verpakkingslijnen nauwlettend in de gaten. Zie je kansen om machines efficiënter te laten werken? Dan pak je die direct op. Ontstaat er toch een storing, dan analyseer je de oorzaak en zorg je ervoor dat deze zo snel mogelijk wordt opgelost, zodat de productie minimale hinder ondervindt. Daarnaast houd je onderhoudswerkzaamheden en storingen zorgvuldig bij en deel je deze met de Technisch Manager. Ook ondersteun je bij diverse technische en facilitaire werkzaamheden binnen de organisatie. Dankzij jouw kennis kunnen operators eenvoudige storingen zelfstandig herkennen en oplossen, doordat jij hen hierin begeleidt en de juiste uitleg geeft. Je werkt in een tweeploegendienst tussen 06.00 en 23.00 uur en draagt iedere dienst opnieuw bij aan een optimaal draaiend machinepark.
