Voor mijn klant, een productiebedrijf specifiek actief in de voeding (vlees), ben ik op zoek naar een elektrisch onderhoudstechnieker in ploeg regio Gent.

Jobomschrijving

Als onderhoudstechnieker werk je met je team actief op zowel het machinepark en de essentiële nutsvoorzieningen op de site. Jullie takenpakket:

  • Curatief en Preventief Onderhoud: Dit op het machinepark, variërend van productie- en verpakkingsmachines tot waterzuiveringssystemen en nutsvoorzieningen. Zowel het proactief preventief onderhoud als het reactief curatief onderhoud behoren tot jouw takenpakket
  • Snelle Interventies: Dagelijkse interventies zijn cruciaal om stilstanden te voorkomen. als technicus ben jij de troubleshooter die snel de oorzaak van een storing detecteert en oplost, of het nu gaat om elektrische, mechanische of pneumatische kwesties. Hierbij maak je gebruik van je technische kennis van diverse sturingssystemen, inclusief PLC-sturingen
  • Algemeen onderhoud faciliteiten: Van defecte verlichting tot problemen met de verwarming, je bent er ook voor de kleine klusjes
  • Je denkt mee aan verbetering en efficiëntie binnen de maintenance afdeling
  • Je bewaakt de noodzaak aan wisselstukken en andere middelen om het onderhoudsproces te stroomlijnen.

Vereiste vakkennis:

  • Bij voorkeur heb je een technisch diploma binnen elektromechanica/ automatisering/ elektronica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Grondige kennis van elektriciteit, plan lezen en basiskennis PLC
  • Toegepaste kennis van processen/installaties m.b.t. koeling, perslucht, ketels, stoom, pompen, ed.
  • Basiskennis m.b.t productieprocessen
  • Je bent stressbestendig en houdt ervan om te troubleshooten
  • Je kan in 2 ploegen werken
