IntroWerk jij graag met techniek en ben je sterk in het oplossen van storingen? Ben jij een ervaren monteur die zowel mechanisch als elektrotechnisch goed onderlegd is en houd je van een no-nonsense werkomgeving? Dan is deze functie als Maintenance Technician (Storingsmonteur) iets voor jou. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en oplossen van storingen aan een modern machinepark binnen een industriële productieomgeving. Je werkt in een hecht en stabiel team waar een directe mentaliteit heerst: niet lullen maar poetsen. Je komt terecht in een informele organisatie waar veiligheid, inzet en motivatie centraal staan en waar ruimte is om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Binnen deze functie werk je binnen een verkapte 2 ploegendienst: 2 weken dagdienst, 1 week ochtenddienst (inclusief consignatiedienst), 1 week middag-/avonddienst

FunctieomschrijvingAls Maintenance Technician ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en het oplossen van storingen aan diverse installaties en machines: Onderhoud & Storingen - Lokaliseren en verhelpen van mechanische en elektrotechnische storingen - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud - Werken aan onder andere extruders, blowmoldingmachines en transportbanden - Onderhouden van componenten zoals elektromotoren, pompen, lagers en aandrijvingen

Technische Analyse - Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen en elektrische schema’s - Signaleren van terugkerende storingen en meedenken over verbeteringen - Weten waar en hoe je storingen efficiënt opspoort

Hydrauliek & Installaties - Werken met hydraulische systemen, met name bij extruders - Onderhoud aan hydraulische ventielen, oplossen van lekkages en bijvullen van systemen

Samenwerking & Ontwikkeling - Werken in een team van 4 monteurs - Samenwerken met ervaren collega’s en gekoppeld worden aan een buddy (Bad en Klaas) - Actief vragen stellen en jezelf blijven ontwikkelen binnen het vakgebied
