Als Maître d'Hôtel bist du eine zentrale Persönlichkeit unseres Hauses. Du bist Gastgeber mit Leidenschaft, Führungskraft mit Persönlichkeit und verbindendes Element zwischen unseren Gästen, deinem Team und den verschiedenen Abteilungen.

Du sorgst dafür, dass aus gutem Service ein echtes Erlebnis wird - aufmerksam, professionell und mit persönlicher Note.

Dein Aufgabenbereich

- Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst unser Serviceteam

- Du koordinierst die Personalplanung und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Service

- Du bist erste Ansprechperson für unsere internationalen Gäste und sorgst für herzliche und professionelle Betreuung

- Gemeinsam mit unserem Sommelier schaffst du individuelle Genussmomente und berätst unsere Gäste auf hohem Niveau

- Du stellst unsere Qualitäts- und Servicestandards sicher und entwickelst diese gemeinsam mit deinem Team weiter

- Auch in lebhaften Situationen bleibst du souverän, lösungsorientiert und behältst den Überblick

- Du arbeitest eng mit Küche, Bar und den weiteren Abteilungen unseres Hauses zusammen

- Du bringst deine Ideen ein und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Restaurantkonzepts bei

Was dich auszeichnet

- Fundierte gastronomische Ausbildung und mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition

- Freude an hochwertigem Service und echter Gastfreundschaft

- Führungskompetenz, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent

- Ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Menschen und die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren

- Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten

- Souveränität und lösungsorientiertes Handeln, auch wenn es einmal hektischer wird
