Dein Profil

* Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in leitender Position in der gehobenen Gastronomie - idealerweise im Gourmetbereich.

* Führungskompetenz: Starke Führungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, als Vorbild zu agieren und Ihr Team zu motivieren.

* Serviceorientierung: Ausgeprägte Service- und Gastgebermentalität mit einem Blick für Details und einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch.

* Kommunikationsstärke: Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und/oder Englisch sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren.

* Organisationstalent: Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein hervorragendes Organisationstalent.

* Erscheinungsbild: Gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten.

* Arbeitsweg: Für Wintersportfans kann der Arbeitsweg per Ski oder Snowboard zurückgelegt werden - inklusive First- und Last-Line auf den leeren Pisten.

Deine Aufgaben

* Verantwortung für den Serviceablauf: Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und erstklassigen Serviceablaufs in der Gourmetlounge.

* Gästebetreuung: Gewährleistung einer exzellenten Gästebetreuung durch persönlichen Einsatz und das Vorleben höchster Serviceansprüche.

* Mitarbeiter_innenführung: Leitung, Motivation und Schulung des Serviceteams, um eine hohe Zufriedenheit und Leistungsbereitschaft sicherzustellen.

* Organisation: Koordination und Durchführung des täglichen Mise en Place sowie der organisatorischen Abläufe im Restaurant.

* Qualitätsmanagement: Überwachung und Sicherstellung der hohen Qualitätsstandards, kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Arbeitsprozesse.

* Umweltbewusstes Arbeiten: Förderung und Implementierung umweltfreundlicher Arbeitspraktiken.

Wir bieten eine Vollzeitbeschäftigung mit 6-Tage-Woche (48 Std.) mit 1 - 2 Abenddiensten pro Woche inkl. attraktivem Bruttolohn ab € 4.000,- (Bezahlung über dem Kollektiv Hotellerie & Gastronomie, mit Möglichkeit zur zusätzlichen Anpassung je nach Qualifikation). Außerdem kommen eine Beteiligung am Trinkgeld, Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld (anteilig), gratis Kost und Logis und weitere Goodies on top dazu!
