Bij Maarten van Vliet krijg je een belangrijke positie binnen Kennemerland, met bestaande business en een lopende pijplijn om direct op voort te bouwen. Je begeleidt je eigen klanten, haalt nieuwe opdrachten binnen en krijgt de ruimte om je eigen naam en netwerk in de regio verder te versterken. Achter je staat een sterke binnendienst en veel ondersteuning op het gebied van woningmarketing, content, video en digitale tools. Zo kun jij je vooral richten op waar je als makelaar het verschil maakt: klanten, relaties, acquisitie en transacties. Maarten van Vliet Makelaars werkt modern, persoonlijk en ondernemend. Professioneel en high-end, maar zonder de traditionele afstandelijkheid van een makelaarskantoor. Jouw rol Als makelaar krijg je verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen klanten en werkgebied binnen Kennemerland. Je begeleidt aankoop- en verkooptrajecten zelfstandig van begin tot eind. Daarnaast ben je actief in de markt. Je onderhoudt je netwerk, ziet commerciële kansen en weet nieuwe opdrachten binnen te halen.
