Wil je nog steeds actief zijn met klanten, waardebepalingen en verkoopopdrachten, maar niet meer dagelijks van bezichtiging naar bezichtiging rijden? Voor een professionele makelaarsorganisatie zoeken wij een Manager Makelaardij / Teamleider Wonen. In deze functie combineer je jouw ervaring als makelaar met het aansturen en begeleiden van collega's. Je voert zelf de belangrijke intakegesprekken en waardebepalingen uit, terwijl de reguliere bezichtigingen voornamelijk door collega's worden verzorgd. Je blijft wel nauw betrokken bij de dossiers en bent voor zowel klanten als collega's de ervaren makelaar die vragen kan beantwoorden en waar nodig kan bijsturen. Wat krijg je? Je komt terecht in een verantwoordelijke en zelfstandige functie waarin je jouw ervaring als makelaar kunt combineren met commercie en leidinggeven.
