Makelaar bedrijfsmatig vastgoed In deze rol ga je aan de slag als bedrijfsmakelaar bij een kleinschalig kantoor in het centrum van Leiden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren en begeleiden van opdrachtgevers bij uiteenlopende vastgoedvraagstukken. Je bent betrokken bij het volledige commerciële traject en vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen ondernemers, vastgoedeigenaren, beleggers en andere partijen in de markt. Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid en ruimte om op jouw manier relaties op te bouwen en commerciële kansen te ontwikkelen. Tegelijkertijd werk je binnen een betrokken team waarin kennis wordt gedeeld en collega's elkaar ondersteunen. Wat ga je doen? - Begeleiden van aan- en verhuurtrajecten van bedrijfsmatig vastgoed; - Begeleiden van aan- en verkooptrajecten van bedrijfs- en beleggingsobjecten; - Adviseren van ondernemers, vastgoedeigenaren en beleggers; - Opnemen van nieuwe objecten; - Verzorgen van bezichtigingen en voeren van onderhandelingen; - Opstellen van voorstellen, adviezen en overeenkomsten; - Actief acquireren van nieuwe opdrachten; - Onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties; - Opbouwen van een relevant zakelijk netwerk in de regio; - Signaleren en benutten van commerciële kansen in de vastgoedmarkt. Over de opdrachtgever Onze opdrachtgever is een professioneel en betrokken bedrijfsmakelaarskantoor in Leiden dat ondernemers, vastgoedeigenaren en beleggers adviseert over uiteenlopende vraagstukken rondom commercieel vastgoed. De dienstverlening bestaat uit aan- en verkoop, aan- en verhuur, taxaties en vastgoedconsultancy. De klantenkring is zeer divers: van lokale ondernemers tot grote (inter)nationale organisaties. Ook de vastgoedportefeuille is breed, met onder andere winkels, kantoren, bedrijfsruimten en beleggingsobjecten.
