The posting

Als Makelaar / Kantoorverantwoordelijke ben je het gezicht van Panorama in regio Kortrijk. Je staat in voor de aankoop en verkoop van woningen, appartementen en bouwgronden en begeleidt klanten van eerste contact tot succesvolle verkoop.

Daarnaast krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid om het kantoor in Kortrijk verder uit te bouwen. Je prospecteert actief, bouwt je eigen klantenportefeuille uit, ziet commerciële opportuniteiten en neemt initiatieven om Panorama lokaal verder op de kaart te zetten.

Je taken omvatten onder meer:

  • Prospecteren en nieuwe panden binnenhalen.
  • Eigenaars adviseren en plaatsbezoeken uitvoeren.
  • Kandidaat-kopers begeleiden tijdens bezoeken.
  • Onderhandelen en het volledige verkoopproces opvolgen.
  • Verkoopdossiers samenstellen en panden professioneel in de markt zetten.
  • Klantenrelaties en lokale partnerships uitbouwen.
  • Meedenken over commerciële acties en leadgeneratie.
  • Het kantoor in Kortrijk mee uitbouwen en commercieel aansturen.

Je krijgt veel vrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor ondernemerschap, met de ondersteuning van het centrale Panorama-team.

  • Je hebt ervaring als vastgoedmakelaar en beschikt over een BIV-nummer, of voldoet aan de vereisten om als vastgoedmakelaar aan de slag te gaan.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en krijgt energie van prospectie, onderhandelen en klantencontact.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in vastgoed en kent bij voorkeur de regio Kortrijk.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, klantgericht en beschikt over een vlotte babbel.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, ondernemend en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je hebt overtuigingskracht, doorzettingsvermogen en een commerciële ingesteldheid.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je resultaten.
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om regelmatig de baan op te gaan voor klantenafspraken, plaatsbezoeken en prospectie.
  • Je hebt de ambitie om mee het kantoor in Kortrijk uit te bouwen en mee te groeien met Panorama.
