Voor een betonproducent zoeken wij een mallenmaker. Ervaring als mallenmaker is niet nodig. Heb je bijvoorbeeld in de bouw gewerkt of ben je gewoon technisch en handig aangelegd? Dan kun je het vak hier in de praktijk leren. Wat ga je doen? Als mallenmaker bouw je de mallen waarin later betonnen trappen worden gestort. Iedere trap is anders en daarom werk je aan de hand van technische tekeningen waarop precies staat hoe de mal opgebouwd moet worden. Kun je nog geen technische tekeningen lezen? Dat is geen probleem. Je wordt hierin op de werkvloer begeleid en begint met de eenvoudigere mallen. Zo leer je stap voor stap hoe het werkt. Naarmate je meer ervaring krijgt, ga je steeds grotere en ingewikkeldere mallen zelfstandig maken. Tijdens je werk ben je veel bezig met meten, zagen, monteren en het op maat maken van verschillende onderdelen. Het is daarom belangrijk dat je een beetje gevoel hebt voor gereedschap en nauwkeurig kunt werken. Een achtergrond in bijvoorbeeld de bouw of timmerindustrie sluit goed aan, maar is geen harde eis. Je werkt fulltime in dagdienst van 07:30 tot 16:15 uur. De functie eisen op een rijtje: - Je bent handig en werkt graag met gereedschap; - Je hebt technisch inzicht en kunt nauwkeurig werken; - Je wilt leren hoe je technische tekeningen leest; - Ervaring in de bouw, timmerindustrie of een technische productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen; - Je bent gemotiveerd om een nieuw vak te leren; - Je bent fulltime beschikbaar; - Ervaring als mallenmaker is niet nodig.
