Als mallenmaker zorg jij ervoor dat onze mallen steeds in perfecte staat zijn. Je staat in voor het onderhoud, de herstellingen en het aanpassen van de mallen die gebruikt worden voor de productie van onze solid surface producten.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig en weet de juiste bewerkingsmachine voor elke opdracht te kiezen. Je selecteert het geschikte materiaal, stelt machines correct in en zorgt ervoor dat alles goed onderhouden blijft. Tijdens het proces voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit, zodat het eindresultaat steeds aan de hoge kwaliteitseisen voldoet.

Dankzij jouw technische kennis en oog voor detail blijven onze mallen klaar voor gebruik en kan de productie vlot blijven verlopen.

Dit zijn jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Je onderhoudt, herstelt en past mallen aan met de juiste bewerkingsmachines.
  • Je kiest het geschikte materiaal en controleert de kwaliteit ervan.
  • Je stelt de machines correct in en zorgt voor het nodige onderhoud.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de mallen steeds klaar zijn voor gebruik.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor kwaliteit en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen. Je bent gemotiveerd om bij te leren en nieuwe technieken onder de knie te krijgen.

Ervaring of kennis van verschillende materialen is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral je leergierigheid en motivatie zijn voor ons belangrijk.
