Als Operator bij Maltha (onderdeel van Renewi) draag je zorg voor het efficiënt uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden, dit doe je door geldende procedures en instructies te volgen.

Operator 3 ploegen 6u-14u / 14u-22u / 22u-6u Lommel

Hoe ziet een job als Operator bij Maltha glasrecyclage er uit?

  • Je houdt de 2 productielijnen draaiend.
  • Je verhelpt storingen (verstoppingen, mechanische defecten, …).
  • Je volgt de kwaliteit op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je voert herstellingen uit en staat in voor vervangingen van motoren, machines en onderdelen door de onderhoudsmedewerkers.
  • Je communiceert met de andere teamleden (ploegleider, laadschopmachinist, kuiser, voorsorteerder).
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de productie netjes en schoon blijft.

Wat verwachten wij:

  • Uiteraard krijgt de operator eerst een uitgebreide opleiding en word je gaandeweg meer en meer zelfstandig
  • Kennis van mechanica en elektriciteit zijn zeker een voordeel, maar we stellen wat dit betreft geen specifieke eisen
  • Attesten voor rolbrug, heftruck, hoogtewerker, zijn ook een plus, maar kunnen indien nodig ook bij Renewi behaald worden.
  • Je werkt veilig met oog voor orde en een nette werkomgeving
  • Je hebt goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden en drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands
  • Je bent flexibel en kan je makkelijk aanpassen aan veranderende omstandigheden.
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig werken als in een klein team.
