Als Managed Services Engineer ben jij vaak het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je helpt gebruikers, lost IT-vraagstukken op en zorgt dat incidenten snel en professioneel worden opgepakt. Vanuit ons kantoor in Amsterdam óf Breda werk je samen met ervaren engineers aan stabiele en betrouwbare IT-omgevingen. Je krijgt de ruimte om je technische kennis te verbreden en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen Managed Services. Over ons Reliance is het IT-platform van Böschen IT Group voor IT-dienstverlening. We zorgen ervoor dat de IT van onze klanten betrouwbaar werkt én blijft meebewegen met wat hun organisatie nodig heeft. Dat doen we met de kennis en expertise van onze mensen en met dienstverlening die zich iedere dag in de praktijk moet bewijzen: persoonlijk en dichtbij waar dat nodig is, met de schaal en professionaliteit van een volwassen IT-organisatie. Zo zorgen we dat mensen kunnen werken, organisaties vooruit kunnen en er ruimte is om verder te groeien. Daar draait Keeps it flowing om. Reliance is onderdeel van Böschen IT Group, het IT-investeringsplatform van de Böschen Family Office voor IT-dienstverlening en verticale software. BITG bouwt vanuit een langetermijnvisie aan sterke bedrijven en investeert in hun verdere ontwikkeling én in de mensen die ze verder brengen. Wat ga je doen? Je bent onderdeel van het Managed Services-beheercentrum, van waaruit we de IT-omgevingen van onze klanten ondersteunen en beheren. Jij richt je voornamelijk op eerstelijns incidenten en serviceverzoeken en helpt gebruikers via telefoon, e-mail en remote support. Je lost zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig op en schakelt met medior en senior engineers wanneer meer technische diepgang nodi...
