Jouw uitdaging als Managed Services Engineer Als Managed Services Engineer ondersteun en beheer je IT-infrastructuren vanuit het Customer Success Team, waar jij onderdeel van uitmaakt. Daarnaast voer je diverse tweedelijns servicewerkzaamheden uit voor onze klanten. Je taken omvatten onder andere: Doorvoeren van wijzigingen en oplossen van incidenten in centrale server- en storageomgevingen; Werken met gangbare producten zoals Microsoft, Citrix, VMware en Cisco; Samenwerken in teamverband of zelfstandig, afhankelijk van de complexiteit van de taken; Deelnemen aan diverse trajecten, zoals projecten en beheeroverdrachten, als technische kennishouder van de klant.
