Functieomschrijving Als Managed Services Engineer ben je binnen een team verantwoordelijk voor de technische inrichting, beheer en onderhoud van klantomgevingen. Zowel remote als op locatie. Je voelt je eigenaar van probleemstellingen en lost deze waar mogelijk zelfstandig op. Wat ga je doen? - Oplossen van incidenten; - Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van wijzigingen; - Uitvoeren van projecten; - Bewaken projectscope; - Signaleren verbeterpunten; zowel bij de klant, het team als de organisatie; - Vastleggen werkzaamheden als borging van de kwaliteit. Functie eisen - HBO werk- en denkniveau; - In staat zelfstanding te werken; - Ervaring met ITIL, LEAN IT en/of Prince 2 zijn een pre; - Ervaring met ICT infrastructuren in een of meerdere deelgebieden.
