Das erwartet dich

* Sofortige Verantwortung: Von Beginn an übernimmst du Verantwortung in anspruchsvollen Projekten und bringst deine Ideen aktiv ein.

* (Inter-)nationale Projekte: Du arbeitest an vielseitigen Projekten - je nach Schwerpunkt z. B. in den Bereichen Vertrieb, Controlling, Finanzmanagement oder Finanzdienstleistungen.

* Fachliche Vielfalt: Du unterstützt z. B. bei: Optimierung von Vertriebs- und Geschäftsprozessen, Mitgestaltung von internationalen Projekten sowie Durchführung von Prozess-/System-Roll-Outs, Weiterentwicklung von Controlling- und Steuerungsinstrumenten, Budgetplanung, Business Cases oder Entwicklung innovativer Finanz- und Mobilitätslösungen

* Vielfältige Einblicke: Innerhalb von 12 Monaten lernst du deinen Zielbereich intensiv kennen und baust ein starkes Netzwerk auf.

Das bringst du mit

* Erfahrung: Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung - idealerweise im Vertrieb, Finanz & Controlling, Finanzdienstleistungen und/oder Consulting mit.

* Qualifikationen: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzen / Controlling, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar; zusätzliche facheinschlägige Weiterbildungen sind ein Plus.

* Persönlichkeit: Du überzeugst durch analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie Hands-on-Mentalität. Lösungsorientierung, Eigeninitiative und Leistungsbereitschaft zeichnen dich ebenso aus wie Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten.

* Führungsbereitschaft: Du hast den Anspruch, Entscheidungen zu treffen und dich perspektivisch in eine Führungsrolle zu entwickeln.

* Internationales Mindset: Du möchtest dich sowohl nationalen als auch internationalen Herausforderungen stellen und Verantwortung übernehmen.
