Voor een familiaal productiebedrijf in de voedingssector zoeken we een gedreven Management Assistant. Je komt terecht in een hecht en dynamisch team, waar je nauw samenwerkt met een collega die – net als jij – houdt van duidelijke communicatie, structuur en een professionele aanpak. Als centraal aanspreekpunt tussen verschillende afdelingen zorg je ervoor dat alles achter de schermen op rolletjes loopt.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Professioneel onthaal van bezoekers, leveranciers en chauffeurs, met oog voor een vlotte eerste indruk.
  • Correcte telefonische communicatie en vlotte afhandeling van inkomende en uitgaande oproepen.
  • Beheer van importdocumenten en nauwkeurige etikettering van goederen en dossiers.
  • Planning en opvolging van losmomenten en leveringsafspraken in overleg met verschillende partijen.
  • Contact met transportpartners en ondersteuning van administratieve processen binnen het team.
  • Bachelor denkniveau is een must; een diploma is daarbij zeker een meerwaarde.
  • Een vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels is essentieel voor professioneel contact met klanten en partners.
  • Structuur, overzicht en precisie typeren jouw manier van werken.
  • Je staat bekend om je professionele aanpak en klantgerichte houding.
  • Communicatief sterk, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling, in een meertalige werkomgeving.
