In deze rol werk je binnen een middelgroot team van 4-7 collega's op een afdeling met ongeveer 10-25 medewerkers. Je bent de drijvende kracht achter een soepel lopende werkdag voor het management en je team. Met jouw proactieve aanpak en oog voor detail zorg je ervoor dat alles achter de schermen vlekkeloos verloopt. Je werkt in een moderne kantooromgeving met een combinatie van open werkplekken en afgesloten stilteruimtes, waar samenwerking en focus hand in hand gaan. Daarnaast is er flexibiliteit om je werkdagen deels thuis in te richten in overleg met je team. Wat ga je doen? - Prioriteren en beheren van e-mails, agenda's en actiepunten voor het management - Voorbereiden van vergaderingen, inclusief agenda's, stukken en uitnodigingen, en notuleren - Coördineren van afspraken, events en klantbezoeken, inclusief logistiek en catering - Ondersteunen bij het opstellen en redigeren van documenten, presentaties en correspondentie - Ad-hoc oplossen van organisatorische uitdagingen en faciliteren van een soepele werkdag Dit ben jij Je voelt je thuis in een professionele omgeving waar je met overzicht, discretie en sterke taalvaardigheid structuur brengt voor management en team. - Minimaal mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur administratief. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Management Assistant. - Uitgebreide ervaring met MS Office en digitaal agendabeheer. - Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en goede beheersing van Engels. - Beschikbaar voor 24 tot 32 uur per week.
