Taken:

Jouw rol en verantwoordelijkheden als management assistant:

  • Efficiënt en proactief beheren van de agenda's, inclusief het inplannen van afspraken, zakelijke lunches en bijbehorende logistieke voorbereidingen.
  • Bewaken van deadlines binnen lopende dossiers en de accurate opvolging van alle actiepunten.
  • Reizen organiseren en boeken, van vluchten en accommodaties tot afspraken met externe relaties, en dit correct verwerken in de planning.
  • Zorgdragen voor een discrete, nauwkeurige en vlotte verwerking van inkomende en uitgaande communicatie, e-mails en archivering.

Profiel:

De ideale management assistant is een georganiseerde teamplayer met een scherp oog voor nauwkeurigheid:

  • Relevante achtergrond of opleiding binnen administratie, office management of een gelijkwaardige richting.
  • Sterk in het bewaren van het overzicht, ook wanneer er verschillende prioriteiten en strakke planningen samenkomen.
  • Werkt vlot en nauwkeurig met het MS Office-pakket (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
