Als Management Assistant bij Brand Compliance in 's-Hertogenbosch ondersteun je het managementteam en zorg je ervoor dat administratieve processen zorgvuldig en efficiënt verlopen. De functie is beschikbaar vanaf 24 uur per week, maar fulltime werken is ook mogelijk. Je werkt hybride, waarbij je minimaal 60% op kantoor aanwezig bent. Als Management Assistant ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen onze organisatie. Je ondersteunt de HR- en financiële administratie bij diverse operationele werkzaamheden, zorgt ervoor dat administratieve processen soepel verlopen en biedt ondersteuning aan het managementteam waar nodig. Jouw werkzaamheden - Office & Management Support Ondersteunen van het managementteam bij uiteenlopende administratieve en organisatorische werkzaamheden, variërend van de inkoop van facilitaire zaken tot het coördineren en plannen van vergaderingen of bijeenkomsten. - HR-ondersteuning Op HR-gebied is er een belangrijke rol in het ondersteunen van collega's. Je zorgt ervoor dat de personeelsadministratie nauwkeurig en up-to-date is en verwerkt HR-documenten en personeelsmutaties zorgvuldig. Daarnaast draag je bij door sollicitatiegesprekken in te plannen en het werving- en selectieproces soepel te laten verlopen. Ook ondersteun je bij het beheer van het wagenpark en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de bijbehorende operationele en administratieve zaken. - Financiële administratie Binnen de financiële administratie ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor een zorgvuldige verwerking van inkomende facturen en ondersteun je bij diverse boekhoudkundige werkzaamheden.
