Als Management Assistant zal je de Directeur ondersteunen bij administratieve en organisatorische taken en verwerk je de management correspondentie

• Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse ad hoc administratieve taken en werking vlot verloopt • Je biedt de volledige administratieve ondersteuning aan de Directeur • Je beheert de Fedbeton-agenda in samenspraak met de Directeur • Je bereidt de nieuwsbrieven en communicatie naar de leden voor • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en organiseren van meetings, opleidingen, teambuildingactiviteiten, beurzen en andere • Voorbereiding en organisatie van vergaderingen en opmaak van bedrijfspresentaties • Je maakt verslagen op van vergaderingen • Opvolging van dossiers • Contactpersoon voor de leden • Je kan marketingactiviteiten organiseren en coördineren • Je schrijft marketing (website, mailings, nieuwsbrief, linkedin) content uit in samenwerking met de Mark’Com Commissie • Beheer van marketingmateriaal • Beheer van CRM-database

Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent de rechterhand van de Directeur • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor business/office management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring • Je beschikt over een goede kennis MS Office • Je werkt ordelijk, gestructureerd en zelfstandig • Je bent betrouwbaar en gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie • Je ondersteunt de Directeur en Raad van Bestuur met administratieve zaken en verslagen van de verschillende vergaderingen • Je bent georganiseerd, autonoom en proactief • Je bent perfect tweetalig Nederlands en Frans, alsook meer dan goede kennis van Engels & Duits • Je betaalt en controleert de inkomende facturen, je maakt uitgaande facturen, en je hebt contact met de boekhouder, en dit alles in samenspraak met de Directeur • Je bent sterk in schriftelijke communicatie en marketing • Je bent sterk in ledengerichte communicatie • Je werkt naar deadlines en weet de juiste prioriteiten te onderscheiden • Netwerken uitbouwen en onderhouden • Je bent ledengericht, zowel naar huidige als naar potentiële leden toe • Je gaat oplossings- en resultaatgericht te werk • Kennis van de bouwsector, en de betonsector in het bijzonder, is een pluspunt
