En tant que Management Assistant, vous aurez les tâches suivantes :

  • Vous accompagnez la Directrice Opérationnelle dans le suivi, la coordination et l'organisation des activités des différentes structures.
  • Vous assurez le suivi des projets transversaux, des objectifs, des KPI, des plans d'action et des échéances.
  • Vous préparez les réunions, rédigez les comptes-rendus et assurez le suivi des décisions prises.
  • Vous coordonnez les échanges avec les services supports tels que les Ressources Humaines, la Finance, l'IT, les Achats, le Facility ou encore la Qualité.
  • Vous rédigez et mettez à jour les procédures, préparez les présentations et apportez un support administratif et organisationnel à la direction.

Voici le profil de Management Assistant que nous recherchons :

  • Vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée en tant que Management Assistant ou Executive Assistant dans le secteur médical.
  • Vous possédez une excellente maîtrise du néerlandais et du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Vous avez déjà travaillé sur des projets, assuré leur suivi et coordonné différents interlocuteurs.
  • Vous êtes organisé, rigoureux, autonome et capable de gérer simultanément plusieurs dossiers et priorités.
  • Vous faites preuve de discrétion, d'un excellent sens du service et d'une grande aisance relationnelle.
