Ben jij een organisatorisch talent met een commerciële flair? In deze rol als Management Assistant ondersteun je een dynamisch management- en salesteam met jouw precisie en proactiviteit. Wat wordt er van jou verwacht als management assistant regio Roeselare?

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alles organisatorisch, administratief én commercieel op wieltjes loopt.
  • Agenda’s beheren en vergaderingen plannen doe je efficiënt en met gevoel voor prioriteiten.
  • Bezoekers ontvang je professioneel, maar dat is slechts het begin: je interviewt hen, plant gesprekken in en volgt actief op.
  • Je bewaakt de documenten- en informatiestroom binnen het team en ziet waar processen sneller of slimmer kunnen.
  • Bestaande klanten hou je warm, maar je energie haal je vooral uit het actief benaderen van nieuwe leads. Bellen, opvolgen, afspraken vastleggen – jij gaat ervoor.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan de interne organisatie en zorgt dat alles achter de schermen op punt staat: je wordt de rechterhand én het klankbord van het team.
